after a short run of very narrow canyons off the main channel.

Lake Havasu was formed by the creation of the Parker Dam between 1934 and 1938.
The lake is about 41 miles long, covers over 20,000 surface acres, and separates

in the peak summer months and water
as warm as a spa. Many of the canyon
walls can provide some degree of
shade from the blistering summer
sun, so keep an eye out for a cool
spot to park your hot boat!
