Alright, for us computer challenged, how do I attatch a image to my signature

Need some help please. I posted a pic of my boat under the signature but it looks scrunched, how do I stetch it out so its the the same size as everybody else's (that don't sound to good does it)

Thanks, I do at home ,but not here @ the office. But I might still need help its not like I would know what to do with it anyways , besides my wife works out of the house and seems to always be on the computer. thanks Michael
