22' Pachanga for sale

A friend of mine has a 22 Pachanga for 3500.00. He has had some outdrive problems but told me it has all new gears and bearings in it. what kind of an out drive? motor? trailer? how big of a project?

Personaly, I would junk the Alpha drive and put a Bravo on it, motor is a carburated 454. I think it is mostly stock. Has trailer, don't know what kind though. Gel is faded. I don't know the interior condition as I haven't seen the boat in about two years.
