Anyone know where I can get a new cover made for my boat? Do I have to take the boat to them or do they have the specs?

I used this guy down in Henderson for my new Scarab cover. Ran me $1350 for a full Sunbrella cover for that 30 footer, down the sides about a foot. Big boat, lots of canvas. Gene - 702-430-0555. Tell him the Keith's referred you (Keith aka Liquid Courage referred me to him). :)

I'm sure these guys have made one for your type of boat before, you would think they would have the specs (http://www.adleecoversboats.com/)

I got my cover from here http://www.boat-cover.com/?dz=y3341. It doesnt fit like a glove, but its cheap, it works and it has a 5 year warranty. For the abuse that my covers take, I couldnt justify spending more than $400 for it.

I used them also. Have had mine for 3 years and no complaints. Like you said, doesn't fit like a glove, but for the price you can't beat it. I figured I would need to replace a cover about every 5 years anyway.

This one would probably work. Semi-custom for your boat. Should be enough room for the exhaust. If it fits anything like mine, there is a bit of extra room. I think added items are anticipated for the fit of a semi-custome cover.
