Rude,
I think I have mine priced right, I've got it below even trade in value. But no action. Thinking of listing it down there, maybe craigs list in Vegas. Hot Rod boats aren't all that popular up here either.

And since I don't have a paypal acct. I can't upgrade my membership here to list it!!!!!

You might try Craig's list in the So Cal area and also maybe the Havasu area.

P.S. You can always send Greg a check to become a Premuim Member. Send him an email for his address. admin@lasvegashotboats.com

The boat market is going to be saturated very soon. All the people that took 2nd out on thier houses to buy boats and now can't make thier house payments are going to sell their boats off so not to get foreclosed on.

Its going to be saturated thats for sure. I've looked at two boats in the model we are wanting to replace this boat with and both of them owe more than its worth. Those boats will eventually make it to repo lots and drive the prices down even further.

I think you are right, again. I am in Tampa right now looking for a place to live. Had enough of the desert and is moving where the water is. Getting rid of the house in LV while I have a chance. Looking to move mid September and will gladly accept any advice as to where to move in to. Lots of places for rent but not so many with room for my boat, my trailer, my truck and car, easy access to open water and less than three bedrooms.... U know of a good place to search? I am moving by myself.

Move to the panhandle... Plenty of places for rent here, and a shit load of short sale properties.

Turns out there may be a few guys out there with some money to burn still. Had a door to door exterminator guy come tot he door today. I turned him down and he says ok no prob, and hey that's a nice boat you have out back. i said it's for sale and his eyes lit up. We went out and looked at it for 10 minutes or so and he took my name and number said he wanted to bring the wife by to have her look at it. Guess I better get it running soon then huh? Then again he might have been just a salesman doing salesman talk. I'd haul it to his house right now for 10K.

He's casing your place! Make sure your insurance is up to date. Is the coupler locked?

see, things are lookin' up all over :thumb:

you had better call ultra stealth and tell him to polish up your new boat. or better yet, just tell him to leave out in front of his house one night :D

Duh! Tail lights. You don't want him to get pulled over a block from your house and they bring the thing back. You might want to lay a couple of adapters out there too in case he doesn't have the right plug on his truck.

Well, he didn't come by last night but and haven't seen him yet today. I even parked the truck out in the street, moved the trash cans out of the way and kept the dog in the house. No luck.

Most activity is at night or dusk. Leave the gate open.

I would. The location is very convenient, however, there is only RJ's flying in there and I can't book a seat on them, only STBY. With a gassillion of Delta retirees living in the area it will be very hard to get to work. Tampa is far more commuterfriendly... I will stop by for a cold one from time to time though.. :)

There are still buyers out there. I just got a deposit on my 30 Hallett this weekend. I actually got more calls in the last week on my boat then I did all summer. Maybe the lower gas prices are helping things out?

Package deal - NICE! I wish I could get a slip and hoist down there, might use the boat a bit more if it was right on the water all the time
