Who's real good around the Vegas / Henderson area with EFI? I have a new 502 with an Arizona Speed & Marine Ram Jet set up that I need some trouble shooting and fine tuning done. I was thinking about calling ASM but thought I would try here first. Thanks

ASM does it's own custom mapping, I doubt any shop in Vegas will be able to remap/recurve their program.

Panic Button is right, they are one of the only companies authorized to reprogram the MERC ecu's. I know of a few others, and there are some that can "just do it" but very few are authorized.

I'm not too impressed with ASM ... just my .02.
Go talk to Frank at Boulder Boats ... shop across from Storage Plus ... he knows his stuff and can remap EFI ... Merc, Volvo, custom, etc. He's fixed mine in this area when other supposed experts screwed it up (e.g., BoostPower USA, etc.).
Traveling, so do not have his number.

If it isn't running right, talk to ASM. I took mine back not running right, and Mercury Racing flew out to look at it. Not that Merc and ASM are on the same level, but they know the base map and where to look.

I have talked to Ben a few times at ASM. I may end up taking it there. First I would like to find someone here that can work on it.
call Darryl at Asplund Performance 702-293-4978. tell him James sent you :)

James got me over to Asplund and I'm a HUGE fan of them so far!
they have my business for as long as they'll let me on the property :) Darryl is GREAT to work with, he keeps you up to date on what's going on and treats your ride as if it was his own. they have now teamed up with boats of nevada (they used to be on 95 across the freeway from the automall). boats of nevada is an extreme trailer dealer and have done a couple of things for me as well. good people there too. great people, fair prices, excellent work.

You were right I took the boat out to Frank, He is a really great guy, and He worked on it for a few days checked out everything and even took it out to the lake for a test run. He gave me a great deal on the labor. It turned out there were just a couple little thing off and the plate in the distributor may have been sticking so it was not advancing. Thanks for the advice. I will defiantly be continuing to use his service.

Glad I could help. Good mechanics are hard to find in this town :(.
I've also used Asplund a few times and they are great as well ... good work at a fair price. They redid the skeg on my drive and some other fine tuning after Offshore Marine screwed it all up.
