Now guys it has to run and have interior, you can't just take it down and dip it in the lake, and we want pictures with date stamps.

I would say for as long as scotts seats hold up, but that maybe asking alot. So lets say 30 minutes

You guys are sooooo funny!! Since I am doing the seats...they WILL hold up!! It's the engine you have to worry about...that's Scott's part.:insane:

hell the seats have been strong this entire time its the alternator that flew off the last time we went out with you ..bob I think you still have a pic of that.

Thompsons water seal, resin will make it hard to put in the staples.

PUMP 'HER'

Hmmmm, yeah I suppose that would work but you'd have to reapply once a year or so right? I just know when they did my seats they coated all the wood with resin. If your using a pneumatic stapler it shouldn't be a problem.

The $$ for stainless staples for a pneumatic are crazy, over $80/box last time I checked, regular stainless for hand held about $15 for a box.

$12,- for 1000 SS staples at Sears. On a boat monel staples would be the correct choice, however, SS works far better than rusty ones. Part number for the staples are 74433 and I have the pneumatic staple gun should anyone need to borrow it.
