HELP - Need PHP person

If you know anyone who can help on a two second job - I need someone who knows basic PHP coding for my work site. It literally shouldn't take more than a minute to fix it - but I don't know PHP and neither does Ashraf who did this site. I would GREATLY appreciate it if you or someone you know can help with simple code change for a contact form on www.redrockwealth.com - since I moved it to the new host I've gotten no email from it and finally found out it's a code thing.
