So there is this palm tree at the top of the hill at the house behind ours right?
It's just a crappy ol' fan palm. It drops shit in the pool all the time. The house is a rental, so yesterday I hear chainsaws somewhere. I go out back and sure enough they are timing the trees at the house behind us. So I walk over and ask Pancho if he is going to be triming the palm out back. He says no. I say how about $100 to get rid of it. We walk out back and he says no it's too big. I ask how much to cut it all the way down. He tells me $300. Well I look and there are actually 3 trees. I say fine $300 for all 3. Done deal. I couldn't haul ass to the bank and back fast enough. :thumb: It may have been a few bucks more than normal but when am I going to get another chance to go into the neighbors back yard and cut a tree down. See whatcha think.

Sure makes the yard look better. My only thought is what happens when the owner of the property finds out they cut down his three palm trees.:eek3:

Actually the owner was cool with it. The previous owner here contacted him after we bought it. I told him I wanted to get rid of that tree and he gave me the number to the management agency of the house.
