Well I'm a General superintendent for a heavy highway contractor in Phx.
I run all of the grading and paving,which consists of eight crews at this time and about fifty pieces of big iron http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/crazy.gif
Mainly moving dirt for new home subdivions in the Phx area.
