Clock is off

Why are all the post times showing the incorrect time? I don't think I'm sitting in the space time warp ribbon thing am I?

Look atthe top green bar above and find "USER CP". In the user control panel, go to your OPTIONS...about 1/2 way down the page. There you can set your time offset.
