Man, these guys want to get you *&cked up!!
They (the Japanese) have parties at the end of the year. They rarely invite Americans. Well, we have gotten invited to many and have gone. They do their best to keep your glass full of beer, shochu or saki. It is quite an honor to be invited by some of the older Japanese. They have strict codes of honor and values, work ethic and the like and only ask those they think are worthy. They get you out there and then stuff you with good food, good drink, lots of laughs and just an all around good time. 10 of us tonight and it was about 700 bucks, plus they gave us gifts. Man, I need some sleep and something to drink that is NOT an adult beverage. Yesterday after drinkin since 5 then getting home at 0145, then running 2+ miles at 0630 this morning I am ready to get into bed!!
In the immortal words of Titties and Beer..."I aint ever drinkin again!"
