Looking for some input:
Our Corporation will be launching our new internet services company within the next 2 weeks, it is a direct link internet marketing company which links service providers with those who require their services b2b and c2b. We have a Private Investment Opportunity summary which describes the functionality along with the forecasted timelines and anticipated return on investment. Bottom line is we are floating the PIO to raise 125K through private investment in 5K blocks, to be primarily used in the marketing strategies (as the funtional website is complete). We will be offering up to 25% of the Corporation.
While we have built our business, we have never done a investment raise, so we are searching for some ideas, suggestions, referrels, or interested investors.
