need a CPA

i'm probably going to dump the current CPA firm we are using for the shop so i'll be looking for a new one. our bill for the last 4 months has gone up 156% over the same time frame for last year. i'll need one familiar with small business practices. ANY suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
