Hey I'd love to meet you guys up at Mead this weekend... Except for the fact that my engine is sitting in the garage on a stand instead of in the back of the boat where it belongs!

Man, I can't wait to get to Meade and see it by boat. Maybe this spring http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif Just borrowed a 31 Hydromotive Quad IV. It's supposed to give 7-8 mph over the 32 Bravo I was using. This info came from a guy with the same boat and motor combo as mine as well as the same speed as mine with the 32 Bravo. Should be some interesting testing Sunday here locally. Don't know if we'll get a chance to wind her all the way up though. This prop is a stern lifter compared to the Bravos bow lift. Might take some time to get used to it at faster speeds http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/crazy.gif

I may make it out for some brief testing. We're taking the kids to Bonnie Springs on sunday though, so if I get done early enough on Saturday, I'll see you there. I think the farthest I'll go is Sandy Beach. Call me before you go and I'll let you know how much I've progressed. http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/cool.gif

craig and brian, where are you guys from. you don't sound like mead is your usual play place. and i know i've never seen your rides out there, they'd be pretty tough to miss! BBum, i hope to see you out there. i'll drop you a pm with my mobile number. i'm going to try to get over to dunsmore's place tomorrow and see if he was able to get the engine flush adapters. if he did i'll grab one for you. well, if anyone does make it out there we'll most likely be somewhere around LVHB beach. we shouldn't be to hard to find since it looks like we'll be only boat on the water http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif

Rude235, don't tell anyone, but we're from... (ssssshhhhhhh) Phx AZ, the home of that OTHER club... AZHB!

You're right, Mead isn't our usual hangout because it's a bit of a drive, but you can bet you'll be seeing more of us (well me at least!http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif in the future. I've been wanting to get up to Temple Bar for a while now but this summer was tough because I was boatless for several months while the new boat was getting built. We'll stay in touch and hopefully hook up with you guys early next year. I'm planning on KC's Mojave event in May, and then I'd like to check out Mead as well. In the mean time I'll be checking in on the board on a regular basis (unless y'all kick me off)!

Yeah, yeah, what Brian said http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif Â*We hang out at the local Phoenix lakes and make a couple of trips a year to Havasu. Definitely want to make a Meade trip or two in 2003. Just got married this year. Burned all my vacation time up in Vegas getting married and Tahiti on the honeymoon. Oh well, it was worth it http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif The vacation bank is refilled Jan 1!!!

you guys will have to make sure you let us know when/if you make it up this way. we were on mead for several hours today. it was great if you were sitting still, pretty damn cold if you were moving. the water conditions were great though! are any of you guys going to havasu in dec. for the parade of lights? a few of us from the vegas club are thinking of going.

Yeah, we have at least 6 boats going at this point. We'll be running all over the lake Saturday http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif Your boat stands out, we'll keep an eye out for you. I suspect before noon we'll be down by Havasu Palms making some radar runs. The water's usually pretty good down there.

you should have went out there! the water was like glass in the narrows and on the other side. it got a bit rougher up into the overton arm though. i looks like the water is still going down. i don't remember the water being as low on the beach at LVHB beach as it was yesterday.
