I know...I know!!! Â*The world needs another Real Estate agent, just like it needs a few more Lawyers......

Ah, not that I'm bashing Lawyers...especially if they're looking to buy or sell a house......

Anyway, my wife is splitting her time between her business "Get R Paid" and now trying her hand at being a Real Estate Agent. Â*And, as she is just getting started, she is more than willing to bust her ass to earn your business. Â*So, if you looking to buy or sell a house...please keep her in mind... Call Kim at 702 286-9995
Okay, now back to boat talk.....

Small world ... I am up Lone Mountain to the far west of 95, close by. She familiar with the investment property side of the equation in Vegas? I'm always looking for the right property that pencils out from a rental perspective ... single family, du- four- etc. plexes, office space, etc. ...
Didn't I see you folks in Double Trouble on Hot Boat Beach for a minute or three Sun., Labor Day weekend?

Yeah we seen you a couple weeks ago up at Long Beach...surprised to see you out on such a windy day.. Hahaha
Real estate is always a good investment, especially in Vegas... Investing was probably much more lucrative a year or two ago...those guys made a shitload of money, but there is always money to be made, it just may take a bit longer with the current market. Give her a call when you get serious...

HaHaHa ... ok, I know I'm a wussy ... gotta go with family concerns sometimes ...
I'll give her a call sometime ... made some cash with others during the Vegas boom of the last few years, then in Reno over the past 2-3 years, now am in Boise doing same. Like to keep a pulse on the Vegas market, however, I do not have a good local realtor connect that is (a) honest (i.e., won't tell me anything to sell me something), and (b) is willing to do the work if the investment property search is under a million ...
... or have her feel free to contact me:

Boise... Yeah, that place is a booming area. I spent some time there several years ago, plus I grew up in the Idaho Falls area, so I've got a little of Idaho in my blood I guess. Only thing that keeps me away is the freaking long cold ass windy winters....18 years was enough of that.....

Really, man ... I would never live there in winter ... but a great place to invest and make a bit of money, and visit occasionally in the warmer months http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumb.gif

Now this I didn't know - but it's good to know we have a resident realtor on board!
