If any of you business owners or credit managers have people/companies that owe you money...my wife can help you out.
She has been a certified paralegal for over 15 year now and for the past 7 years working specifically with mechanic/contractor liens and a bunch of other stuff in that area that I don't fully understand. But anyway, she has a website getrpaid.com with all the details. The website also has a bunch of info for the do-it-yourself credit managers. Her rates are very reasonable...cost is roughly half as much compared to visiting a lawyer and having their paralegal do it. Plus, my wife loves this type of work...she loves making the bad guys pay up...so to speak.
Okay, pass the word... Because I need a bigger/faster boat...soon!

Would she be interested in doing collection for my flower shops account receivables? I'm not happy with the performance of my current collection agency.

She is been looking into becoming an actual collection agent...but what she does now is just the liening portion of the process. Like if Ahern rentals rents a bunch of equipment to a contractor to build a casino and then the contractor doesn't pay....Ahern can then put a lien against the casino to make sure they get there money.
But, I'll let you know if she gets her collections license....your like the 5th person to ask about it.

No luck with out of state issues...that's a whole new ballgame with its own new set of rules.....
Just hire a couple of 250pound hot boater's with baseball bats and make a personal visit......
