That's the wrong way to go....rock to grass...with the water shortage and the dropping lake level! http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif Just a thought. Doens't Vegas have a Xeriscape program with some kind of incentives?
Is this still good? (http://www.reviewjournal.com/lvrj_home/1999/Oct-24-Sun-1999/lifestyles/12177750.html)

Hey fellas. I need rock!! ANd some people like grass. Besides, if you use Bermuda it uses less water. I put in about 500 sq foot of Bermuda in my back yard. Growing like crazy and didint notive any change to water bill.
Thinking of doing the rock thing after boating is over and it cools off some.

The fake grass is $2.50 sq/ft uninstalled, kinda pricey.
If California would quit growing alfafa in the desert, there would be plenty of water for years to come. http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif
If your in Vegas, you can not add any new grass to the front yard, and back yard cannot be more than 50% grass. Pool surfaces counts the same as grass. This went into effect in Clark County May 31, 2004.
