Ok, by request, here are a couple of pics of Mead Marina's since the water is so low (especially for Jet496). We were out today and the water was awesome! No wind, just smooth cruising from Las Vegas Bay to Gregg's Basin - Great Trip!
This is a pic of Las Vegas Bay. Notice the cars parked to the right of the picture, those would be under water! You can launch here no problem, but if you've got a heavy boat you've got to launch and retrieve on the right side of the docs, NOT THE LEFT (as you're looking at the ramp from the water, if you're launching you need to be on the left). The only downside is there's only room for about 2 at a time, and you've got to stay close to the dock or you'll hit. The other negative is that side of the launch is really crooked, so it's hard to get the boat back on the trailer straight.
