Had to order a steering system. It is finally delivered. That is a different story all together.

Well anyway, if they (West Marine) have a store near you, order your part(s) on a Tuesday thru the store and it will be there on Thursday for pick up. No shipping cost.

I ordered my steering and it was late. Yes it will be. I told the guys at west marine about why I needed the boat ready and how that since they screwed up the shipping it put me behind. Go that taken care of and they paid the shipping. Well went to put it in and it wont fit unless I run the cable the other direction. I had asked them about a left hand steer boat and if that would be a problem. Tony says it will be fine. I call west marine this morning and tell them my problem. They didnt seem to care. Then I mentioned that I was in a boating club with 400+ members and will tell everyone what has happened. I got put on hold for 10 minutes. When the guy came back on he told me that they were going to send me a new cable and also send me a prepaid shipping carton to send back the other cable.
