so I went ahead and gave both of them eviction notices and put the place on the market. will be in town a while still, work at wm l morris....

11,800 sq ft lot
1240 sq ft house
HUGE rv access. In my sideyard I keep my 29' Cheetah, 2 travel trailers (25-26' each) and 2 pontoon boats (24'ers so 32 on the trailer)

couple blocks off any "major" (like simi has any) streets
good eating 1/4 mile any direction.
culdesac, kinda irrelevant though as this is the corner house entering the tract

pretty cool people in the immediate area. the guy 2 doors up has my old ski boat (traded it to him for pouring my rv pad and patio) the kid on the corner across from me is into scca solo racing or something. has a Z06 vette he leaves parked in the street. an old grand-sport vette, you name it this kid buys and races it....
