OK, here's the/a plan:

This is gonna be FUN! I'll find you guys somewhere on the Lake Friday. My .02 on the dinner thing. There's a killer hole in the wall Mexican joint on Industrial just up the hill from Magic. It is excellent, home style cookin. And, its two minutes from Casa de Mobilehome.

Beerhunter, you're less than a week away...lucky dog! Are you gonna put the boat on the strip when you stay at the Bluewater? If you do (and even if you don't) ya gotta hit The Roadrunner for breakfast. By boat, you simply tie up to their dock. Killer bar and good grub.

Turn on the street leading to the London Bridge Resort or if coming over the bridge from the island turn right at the first street past the bridge (Walgreens on the corner) and another right at the first street yo come to. This crosses 95 and leads to the London Bridge Resort. Follow the street as it curves past Slaney's (what a dive!http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif and on your left maybe 500' or so from Slaney's on the left is Serrano's.

Having written all that...Dr. M's suggestion is okay by me as well as long as they have good tequila!
