Park Moabi

If I am heading from the sandbar going north on the river, how do I get to park Moabi. I have seen some recent photos that look pretty cool.

Park Moabi consits of the beach/campground areas that are on the river, CA side, as you go North from the bridge/Topock. The pictures that I think you are talking about have been in the inlet area that leads to the Park Moabi marina and launch facilities. I ahve not been up that way since last October but there used to be a sign on the CA side of the river right at the inlet.

THOR - Yep....head up river about a mile past Topock (Golden Shores Marina and the bridges over the river). On the left (CA side) you will see the entrance to the Park Moabi Marina, continue past that and you will see camp site on the river. Each site will have its own beach with a little rock jetty at each end separating it from the next camp site. We will be the 20th site up the river from the entrance to the marina. If you look closely, there are site numbers painted on a rock on some of the jetty's. Just look for all our boats. http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Yes. We will be getting there Friday (5/14) night about 11:30 and will be leaving there Monday (5/17) about noon. Come on by. My boat is still a longggggg shot for being done this weekend. If it is, I will be at the Islander RV resort chillin'. If it is not done, I will be in my house pissed off cuz all you fockers are chillin' w/out me.

mine will be on the trailer this weekend and it just seems wrong not to be going out somewhere
