I've seen these on a few trucks, they are a billet hitch with pins in it allowing you to easily adjust the level of the ball as well as it has multiple balls, turns sidways as a step when not towing.....

Vista Chevy parts up on Ann Road had some ... I'm just leery of patronizing the place given my experiences with them. For a part, you're probably ok if willing to pay a premium.
