Anyone know how to add a picture to the signature field in your profile?

I did, it just posts the address of the image. http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/ohboy.gif No spaces in the file attachment. I can add text but not an image!

Use [ img] with brackets? or just the text?

You have to use the brackets....don't use a space between [ and the i or /....I had to do that to fake it out or it would have thought I wanted to show a pic. Like thes [img]

Ok, I tried the brackets and img's around my "address" and all I show is that damn red x box where the pic should be. Is the address the same letters and numbers followed by .jpg that I would usually see when I browse to attach a picture to a post reply?

Best way I found is to get the image into a website then go to that site and click on the image in your browser. Once it comes up in the browser window copy and paste the URL from the browser's address box into your signature box on this website. should look something like:

{img}http://website.com/signature.GIF{/img}

Replace the "{" and "}" with "[" and "]". I had to use the "squiggly brackets" to get the URL to display.

Mow, we are both in construction, can build anything, woodworking is an art form to us. So, do like I did, FORGET IT. IT is a computer thing. The people that can do all of the computer things will gladly pay us to do somthing like install door trim. Know your role.
