Torque rating

Does anybody know if there is a torque rating for the bolts that hold the impellor housing together? After changing mine and heading to the lake I find out mine is cracked, looks like maybe cuz the bolts were overtightened. I tested it on the garden hose twice and had no leaks but of course different story when we get to the lake.

Just tight...or about 10 ft/pounds.
