Secure Area Somewhere?

Good thought. There will be some revisions soon, that may be workable into one of them. For that you'd need a password and such I assume. I'll mention it to Daryl and see what he thinks.

I know on some other boards, you can have sections that members can have access to only if the admin has enabled them (like a moderators forum).

To make it simple, you could make a forum like that, and then just add everyone to it as we know them. New people don't get in until we have met them, etc. Then all we need is one long post with names/numbers...easy to search that way...or each person could make their own post thread with just their info in it.

Several other boards have special sections for members with "certain statuses" that they can "see" and post in. Non-members or those members without those statuses can't even see them and don't know they exist.
